
The Bollinger Spécial Cuvée is the object of the greatest attention. Made from the wines of the last two vintages but above all with a majority proportion of reserve wines (a true singularity in Bollinger), it is both a great wine and the materialization of all the qualitative commitments of the Maison Bollinger.






Bollinger Spécial Cuvée is one of the mythical champagnes of the aristocracy, a great balanced and delicate wine, and the one that best defines the style of the Maison Bollinger, made from 80% rigorously selected grapes from Grands Crus and Premiers Crus de Champagne. Mostly owned by the winery (2/3), a fact that is not only exceptional in the appellation but also the reason for being and the guarantee that ensures the quality of this wine year after year.
Bollinger Special Cuvée is a blend of wines from different vintages, mostly from the current vintage, to which small amounts of wine from previous vintages are added, as well as a small but significant dose of reserve wine (5-10%) that ensures the proof of the set, reserve wines that Bollinger preserves, characteristically and aging each vineyard separately, with a cork stopper and in magnum bottles in its magnificent cellars. The Special Cuvée contains only between 7 and 9 grams of added sugar per litre.
