
The Grand Vintage range, as its name suggests, is only made in those optimal vintages such as 2004, 2006, 2008, 2009, 2012 and 2013. The result of these sublime harvests has been the obtaining of a very expressive extra brut champagne. . For the elaboration of this 2013 vintage, the 75 Grand Vintage in the history of the 'maison', the majority has opted for Chardonnay. The result has been a champagne marked by its maturity, complexity and freshness. It also offers a certain harmony, accompanied by delicacy and freshness.

View: Bright gold color with hints of golden yellow.
Nose: Complex and mature bouquet. Firm ripeness: toasty, sweet and dry at the same time. Harvest notes and hints of frangipani, toasted almonds, malt, mocha and smooth tobacco. Followed by notes of juicy ripe fruit: pear, candied citrus and stone fruits (mirabelle plum, nectarine, white peach)
Palate: Harmonious palate with a precise structure. Roundness and velvety texture of very ripe fruit. Tense and angular freshness of mandarin and pink grape. Refreshing, deliciously tart energy from rhubarb and hints of currant, quinine and citrus.
Pairing: White meats, shellfish, seafood and fish rice and white fish.
