The winery's label is a photo of the stars in the sky on a September night since this is when the harvest takes place. From the winery you can see the stars in their full splendour. The name of the wine, Celeste, refers to the heavenly bodies in the sky.
This wine is made with Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) grapes from vines situated at an altitude of 900m. They ferment in stainless steel deposits at a controlled temperature. The ageing takes place in French and American oak barrels for 12 months.
