Colour: Cherry red color with purple tones.
Bouquet: Clean with a remarkable intensity, red fruit aromas, well-balanced with spicy and toasted notes.
Palate: Good structure, fruity, fresh, sweet and balanced with very pleasant and soft tannins.
Vineyard (Spanish): Less than 25 years old vineyards. Most of the vineyards are planted on hillsides facing South, so they obtain the hours of sun needed for optimum ripening. In general they stand out because of the little fertile soils, poor in organic matter, in which, sometimes, the limestone predominates. In most cases it is a sandy loam texture.
Wine Making (Spanish): Since in this winery the vintage is manually collected, the first selection of this vintage was made in the field where the winegrowers made sure that the grapes introduced in the winery were in perfect conditions. Fermentation and maceration were carried out in stainless steel tanks at a temperature around 27ºC, which allowed to obtain the maximum color and structure. The wine then is aged in French and American oak barrels for six months.
