LAN Reserve
This red is made with a 'coupage' of Tempranillo and Mazuelo, where the former is the predominant variety. It takes more than 3 years for this wine to reach the optimum maturity and finesse with which it is released on the market. The result is a wine with a great texture on the palate, very round and full of volume, perfect to accompany meats and elaborate stews.
The passage of time and the know-how of Bodegas LAN has turned into wine. Elegant, with great aromatic richness and very balanced, its characteristics are due to the exceptional selection of the raw material and the unique aging in mixed French and American oak barrels, the use of which LAN pioneered two decades ago.
LAN Reserva accompanies all kinds of meats, mainly game, stews and lamb, as well as elaborate stews.
The ideal serving temperature is between 17 and 19º C.

- Fermentación en depósitos de acero inoxidable con temperatura controlada y maceración de tres semanas, con frecuentes remontados para conseguir una buena extracción de color. En barricas de roble mixto (americano y francés) durante 16 meses, seguidos de otros 24 meses de afinado en botella.
