Altos Ibéricos Crianza is a red wine from the Q.D.O. Rioja made by Torres. The name "Ibéricos" (Iberian) comes from the Iberian Peninsula. With this name, Torres is referring to Spain's culture, cuisine and geography. That is why on the label we can see an old Spanish oak tree with its fruits.
Colour: A picota cherry colour.
Nose: Honest and intense aromas of white flowers and red fruit, in perfect balance with spicy aromas and toasted notes from its ageing in oak barrels.
Taste: Fresh and velvety attack. Long, with fine, smooth tannins.
This wine is made 100% with Tempranillo grapes from vineyards in the Rioja Alavesa, in Labastida.
It has been aged in oak barrels for 12 months.
