Colour: Bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections.
Bouquet: Intense and complex aroma. Fruity; With notes of tropical fruits, passion fruit and citrus. Aromas of fennel, low-pitched and aniseed, balsamic. Especially elgante and cool.
Palate: In the mouth it is equally fruity and fresh, with volume and persistence. Unctuous, sweet and a touch of final bitterness elegant, characteristic of the variety verdejo.
Vineyard (Spanish): The grapes come from old vineyards located on the plateau of the Duero River, in the highest area of the northern plateau of Spain. 30 year old vineyards. The soil of the vineyard, characterized by its platform of pebbles, is poor in organic matter and presents some limestone outcrops in the highest levels. The climate of the zone, continental of Atlantic influence, forces the strains to look for the water resources in the deepest of the subsoil. Formed in a traditional glass, the strains have an approximate yield of 4,000 kilos per hectare.
Wine Making (Spanish): Firstly, a cold maceration was carried out between 8 and 12 hours. After pneumatic pressing, low-temperature alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks; The wine remained on its fine lees until the moment of clarification. In the bottling it was subjected to cold treatment and filtration.
