ELABORACIÓN
Vineyard (Spanish): This coupage is, predominantly, Tempranillo, although there also are small percentages of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
Wine Making (Spanish): After the grape harvest and the transportation of the grapes to the winery, Enate Tapas Tempranillo is vinified and fermented alcoholically in stainless steel tanks at 24º temperature.

Enate Tapas is a wine made mainly with Tempranillo, and with a part of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from their own vineyards.

The harvest is manual in boxes, once they arrive at the winery the grapes are destemmed and crushed. The must ferments in stainless steel tanks at 24°C. After malolactic fermentation the wine is clarified and stabilized. It is bottled without aging to preserve all its youth.
