Bouquet: A complex and exuberant aroma that melts the varietal character (hazelnut, toasted bread) with hints of tropical fruit (pineapple and grapefruit) and with the smoky touches brought by the aging in the barrel.
Palate: Its mouth is dense and creamy, wide development and fresh acidity that evolves towards an extraordinarily long and balanced end, in which reappear fine roasted nuances.
Vineyard (Spanish): Enate, located in the province of Huesca, has more than 500 hectares of its own vineyards. These are protected by the Pyrenean mountain range and are placed at an altitude of between 550 and 600 meters. The viticulture that is realized is totally respectful with the environment.
Wine Making (Spanish): The alcoholic and malolactic fermentation is produced in new French oak barrels. This wine is then reared for six months in French oak barrels and six more in the bottle.
