Colour: Intenso color púrpura de intensidad alta, opaco. Tono violáceo con reflejos azulados. Lagrima densa y teñida.

Bouquet: Intensidad alta con predominio de aromas de frutos negros, mora, arándanos, flores azules (violetas, lilas), tintero. Carácter mineral y de terruño.

Palate: De recorrido graso pero mostrando una gran estructura debido a los taninos finos de uva madura, no denota agresividad a pesar de su estructura. Acidez muy equilibrada con el alcohol, sin destacar ninguna de esas características sobre la otra.

MARIDAJE

Ideal como acompañamiento de arroces y pastas. Siendo el maridaje perfecto para carnes blancas de pollo y pavo a la brasa o en salsa.

Los Cosecheros & Criadores (belonging to the famous Martínez Bujanda empire) are as innovative as they are affordable with their Infinitus line and have quickly built a loyal fan base. No wonder, because the entire Infinitus collection shines with an excellent quality/price ratio! A magnificent highlight of this collection is definitely the Syrah, and rightly so. Because in Spain, Syrah wines quickly conquered many hearts, led by illustrious names such as Valtosca, Taberner or Dominio de Valdepusa. Spanish Syrah is at the top of the list of red wines to drink, especially for the urban public of Madrid and Barcelona.

Of course, such display growths also come at a price and are not necessarily available cheaply. The Infinitus Syrah, on the other hand, provides plenty of Syrah enjoyment and is also easy on the wallet. Tastes like a thoroughbred Syrah should.

In the glass it comes in a rich dark purple robe and smells like classic Syrah of ripe forest berries, plums and Mediterranean herbs. Floral notes also play a role, as do subtle fresh mineral nuances. The palate can expect plenty of juice and power, caressed by smooth tannins and a surprisingly long aftertaste.
