Wine Borsao Tres Picos:
- Wine Tasting Notes:
Colour: Intense picota cherry colour with purple hues. Clean and very bright. Fat, slow-falling tears stain the glass.
Nose: Clean, well-defined, pleasant nose. Lots of aromas of ripe red fruit with floral touches, complemented by some roasted, balsamic, spicy aromas. A very honest nose.
Taste: Good attack. Agile, structured and medium-bodied leaving a rich and dense taste of alcohol. Good acidity well complimented with sweet, juicy tannins. Good, persistent finish. A good Grenache from Aragon.

Borsao Tres Picos is a red wine made by Borsao Bodegas, a winery in the Designation of Origin Campo de Borja. The winery's main objective is to consolidate themselves as the benchmark winery in the production of premium Grenache wines. To achieve this, they continuously work on their vineyards, using indegenous Grenache clones from Aragón, studying their microclimates and learning about the potential of their different terrains.
This wine is made with Grenache grapes from vineyards between 35 and 60 years old, situated at 500-700 metres altitude, in stony, slimy soils rich in clay and limestone. Borsao Tres Picos briefly ages for 5 months in new French oak barrels from Bordeaux.
