Produced exclusively from first pressed juices. They are allowed to rest for 48 hours before controlled fermentation at temperatures not exceeding 14 °C. The wine is then grown on yeast lilies for eight months, before being stored on fine lillies for another 15 months. Finally it is bottled after staying 2 years in the cellars of the Château du Nozet.
The cellar takes great care of the process of making this wine starting from the grape harvest, as it collects the grapes at three different times to an optimal ripeness. After fermentation, the wine ages for 10 months in barrels on its lilies. High aromatic intensity, this white stands out for its fruity and crispy acidity.
