Shipping costs

Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (on business days) after confirmation of payment and preparation, preparation time may vary depending on the item not exceeding 72 hours (business days).

Shipping costs are calculated by the weight of the order. In order to perform the calculation of the weight in a correct way we have defined the weight of the products as follows:

  • Bottles of wine: 1 kilo each bottle
  • Magnum bottles: 1.5 kilos each bottle

Transport prices for certain areas like the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, etc ...... include shipping and insurance but not tax tariffs, local or imported, these shall be borne by the customer on arrival.


How Long Does It Take to get my order?


Almost all of our shipments are delivered within 24 hours. The agency collects orders every day at 18:30, except Saturdays and Sundays.


For Spain Peninsula in major cities (Madrid, Valencia, Barcelona, Seville, Murcia, etc.) shipments will be delivered within 24 hours barring any setback alien to us (1-2 weekdays).


For other more remote locations of Spain Peninsula shipments are delivered within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days).


To Baleares, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands shipments will be delivered between 72-96 hours (3-4 business days).


For Europe deliveries also will be delivered between 72-96 hours (3-4 business days).


How we Performs Shippings?


At we love wine and we are aware of the importance and sensitivity of transporting it.That's why we make our shipments using special reinforced cardboard boxes for domestic shipments and another international packaging also made of reinforced cardboard with interior dividers that create air chambers between the bottles to prevent contact from causing breakage.


What Transportation Agency manages Shipments?


We work with several transportation agencies: TIPSA, transportation system, QUALYS360, MAILBOXES and ASM. All are companies with experience in the sector and ensure minimum hassle.


What If Some Has Broken Bottle?


Our shipments are intended to prevent breakage and our partners are well aware of the fragility of the product, but the possibility exists that any rupture. Please always check your order in detail at the time of receipt. Transit agencies do not allow the return of the goods if the customer open it in his presence, but you can check out the box from the outside and if you detect any moisture in the box or suspicious noise NOT accept the order. We were notified of the incident by our contributor and automatically send a new shipment at no cost to the customer.


What If The Order Is Incomplete Or not match what I bought?

If the incident is caused by a lack of availability of the product, the customer will be informed of this fault, replacing it with another of our stock of similar characteristics that has the same or higher quality, or if desired, the amount will be reimbursed. without any delay. In case of unjustified delay of said payment, within the term set forth in the Consumer Statute of Castilla La Mancha, we will proceed to pay double the amount owed.


Returning orders.


Orders can be canceled at no cost to the shipping time is effective . If we receive notice of cancellation once the package is shipped and will be considered a return. Returns may be made up to 7 calendar days from receipt of order to the following specifications :

  • No person may exercise the right of return if there are indications that the products have been opened , handled or exposed to inappropriate conditions.
