Vineyard (Spanish): Vines plots situated 5 kilometers from the cellar and a distance between 8 and 10 kilometers to the Atlantic Ocean. 12 hectares area Vineyards between 25 and 30 years old on average. Granitic (Xabre) and sandy soils. Atlantic climate.
Wine Making (Spanish): It is collected by hand in proper vintage boxes, making the selection of grapes in the vineyard and discarding the grapes that do not meet the right conditions. It is transported to the cellar in plastic layers. The collection takes place in early October. Development in stainless steel tanks. Maceration in press. Alcoholic fermentation controlled at 16 ° C. Minimum aging of 4 months on its lees. The wine remains in bottle for a minimum of 4 months.
