Bouquet: Aromas profundos, complejos, que permiten percibir la calidad de su crianza, la potencia de los frutos negros y un fondo tostado que se mezcla con notas de roble muy fino.

Palate: Viveza en boca, volumen y sabores concentrados. La cata muestra carácter y estructura, dejando paso a una textura carnosa. Clase y elegancia, buen potencial de guarda.

ELABORACIÓN

Vineyard (Spanish): Selección especial de viñas de 25 a 35 años, Rioja Alta (85%) y Rioja Alavesa (15%). Suelos mayormente arcilloso-cálcareo.

Wine Making (Spanish): 20 meses en barricas de roble francés hendido. Se tratan de un tercio de barricas nuevas, un tercio de barricas de dos años y un tercio de tres años.
