Formed in a traditional glass, the strains have an approximate yield of 4,000 kilos per hectare.

After pneumatic pressing, low-temperature alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks; The wine remained on its fine lees until the moment of clarification. In the bottling it was subjected to cold treatment and filtration.
