Product Details

José Pariente Verdejo, is a 100% Verdejo varietal wine and received in the D.O. Rueda, produced by Bodegas José Pariente with old vineyards on boulders, poor in organic matter and with limestone outcrops at the highest levels, exposed to the continental climate of Valladolid. The harvest is carried out at night, in order to preserve the aroma of its clusters due to the low temperatures. They have a very peculiar elaboration, since the wine before being bottled is kept on its lees.

José Pariente offers a bright yellow color with greenish touches, it has an intense, elegant, fresh and complex aroma, with fruity notes. It is an unctuous white, sweet and elegant, being persevering and somewhat bitter, typical of this variety.
