Colour: Intensidad alta de profundo color granate con ribete azulado. Brillante y límpido. Lágrima abundante y densa.

Bouquet: Fresco en nariz, se percibe su frescura y acidez, con recuerdos de frutos rojos (frambuesa), balsámicos y mentolados tipo peppermint.

Palate: Tras un ataque fresco se desarrolla de forma sedosa y suave con gran volumen y estructura pero sin aristas. Muestra el carácter de cabernet s. en su postgusto destacando las notas especiadas en retronasal. Muy largo.

MARIDAJE

Marida muy bien con quesos de curación media y con carnes de caza como el jabalí, ciervo y rebeco. Es ideal para acompañar un cordero asado al horno de leña.

Infinitus Cabernet Sauvignon is a monovarietal aging red wine created by Cosecheros y Criadores in Castilla entirely with cabernet sauvignon. According to sight tasting, it is a bright, dense, limpid and pale garnet color with a middle layer, on the nose it is fresh with aromas of raspberry, red fruit, red fruit and currants. On the palate, structured and fresh predominate, also notes of raspberry and red fruit stand out. As a suggestion, it would be a good idea to accompany this red with meat recipes.
