Colour: Mature cherry cherry color with garnet rim.
Bouquet: Ripe fruit aromas (raspberry, gooseberry). Balsamic, spicy and mineral notes.
Palate: Fruitful, floral, fresh and tasty.
Vineyard (Spanish): The grapes come preferably from old Garnacha vineyards with low yields, located on hills at 700-1000 meters altitude. Mainly planted in soils of metamorphic rocks and clay gravel.
Wine Making (Spanish): Vinification in stainless steel tanks for 15 days with a maximum temperature of 25°C. After performing the malo-lactic fermentation it has remained for 2 months in French oak barrels.
