ossian wine
A great Burgundian-style white. A white for aging, made with Verdejo grapes from old pre-phylloxera vines (free foot), organically grown in the highest altitude area of Rueda, fermented and aged in oak barrels and foudres in the old Parral Monastery.
This orange wine is made from a blend of aromatic varieties from organically farmed vineyards. This type of wine is characterised by a maceration with skins, which in this case is carried out for almost 106 days. A very gastronomic wine that stands out for its aromas of Mediterranean grass and its freshness.
Pazo de Señoráns is one of the most reputable artisan Albariño houses in Galicia. This Colección has spent a minimum of five months ageing on its lees and a further 30 months in the bottle. The result is a fine, elegant and complex white wine that is always appreciated for its delicate and subtle profile.
This is one of the most prestigious and award-winning white wines in our country. International Wine Challenge recognised it as the Best White Wine of Spain. It is made exclusively from the best Albariño grapes from its own vineyard (Los Bancales). An essential wine for any lover of Galician whites.
