Tasting Notes

Colour: Straw yellow color, bright with greenish tones.

Bouquet: The nose is smoked, spicy, and toasted with notes of white fruit, citrus and aniseed notes, exotic fruit and the typical green-vegetal notes of this variety.

Palate: In the mouth it is lively and smooth, fresh and acid. Fruit and herbaceous notes. Long and expressive, with barrel nuances, spicy (vanilla), persistent bitter end characteristic of the verdejo that incites to continue drinking. Long and pleasant aftertaste.

Elaboration

Vineyard (Spanish): Vineyards grown in rainfed. Located around the town of La Seca (Valladolid) at an altitude of between 750 and 900 meters. More than 15 years old vineyards. they stand out because of the little fertile soils, poor in organic matter, in which, sometimes, the limestone predominates. In most cases it is a sandy loam texture.

Wine Making (Spanish): Manually harvested at night, then macerated for 4 hours at 10ºC. Pressed at 10ºC. Fermentation controlled at 13,5ºC. Breeding on lees for approximately 2 months (it is decided by tasting deposit per deposit).

Colour: Straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. Clean and very bright.

Nose: Expressive nose, very reflective of the variety. Aromas of tropical fruit prevail along with ripe citrus touches. Floral notes, hay, fennel and strong hints of green apple complete the set.

Taste: Very fresh and aromatic. Fleshy and silky on the palate with a high concentration of fruit. Good acidity with a delightful finish with slightly herbal and bitter notes.
