Bouquet: Interesting and complex aromatic set where they emphasize minerals and black-red fruits very mature, with pleasant hints of new wood.

Palate: In mouth is broad, powerful, dense and mature, with balanced acidity and silky texture which surprises us with an original sweetness in a very long end of mouth.

Perfect to accompany rice with hunted meat and sweet rice, stewed legumes, mushrooms, hunted and poultry meat, casseroles, fish and seafood in sauce, smoked fish, mature and blue cheeses, grilled white and red meat.
