Bulldog is a Premium gin, London Dry type. Among its exotic ingredients we find dragon eye, lotus or poppy leaves, to which classic botanicals such as lemon, almond, lavender, cassia, angelica, liquorice or juniper are added.
Bulldog is an English gin distilled four times in copper pot stills, triple filtered and infused with 12 carefully selected botanicals. A modern gin but made with traditional methods, with a striking image and exotic ingredients, highlighting the Dragon's Eye (similar to lychee), poppy seeds and lotus leaves. On the nose, very pleasant floral, fruity and citrus notes stand out, with a perfect integration of juniper in the mouth, providing balance and versatility to the gin.
We recommend the "Tangerine", a fruity, fresh and light cocktail, with floral and slightly herbaceous notes. Its ingredients are: 35ml Bulldog, 15ml elderflower liqueur, 10ml rosemary syrup, 50ml clementine juice, 15ml lime juice and egg white. To prepare it, put all the ingredients in the shaker and shake vigorously without the ice, to facilitate the emulsification of the egg white and ensure a nice, thick layer of foam when served. Check that foam has been generated inside the shaker and add ice. Shake vigorously again until the shaker condenses. Serve it in a chilled cocktail glass and sprinkle a few rosemary leaves on top.
