Colour: Amarillo limón, limpio y brillante, con ligeros matices acerados.

Bouquet: De fragancia sutil, destaca su aroma a maresía que evoca largos paseos junto al mar. Una primera nota salina recuerda a marisco, para dar paso a una nota vegetal propia de algunas especies de algas. Detrás de esta delicada expresión aparecen matices de membrillo y manzana.

Palate: Tras una entrada suave, desarrolla toda su expresión con una acidez que confiere a la boca gran tensión, verdadera mineralidad marina. Su final emana sensaciones frescas y florales con un toque salino.

ELABORACIÓN

Wine Making (Spanish): Este vino se elabora partiendo de una viticultura costera tradicional. Fermentación submarina a 8ºC con una presión constante de 3 bares. Crianza sobre lías totales. No realiza crianza en barrica, sino en depósitos de 300 litros debajo del mar durante un periodo de 8 meses en aguas de la localidad de San Juan de Luz (Francia). La inmersión se realizó el 1 de octubre de 2017 y el trasiego a tierra tuvo lugar el 1 de junio de 2018.
