- Este vino se elabora partiendo de una viticultura costera tradicional. Fermentación submarina a 8ºC con una presión constante de 3 bares. Crianza sobre lías totales. No realiza crianza en barrica, sino en depósitos de 300 litros debajo del mar durante un periodo de 8 meses en aguas de la localidad de San Juan de Luz (Francia). La inmersión se realizó el 1 de octubre de 2017 y el trasiego a tierra tuvo lugar el 1 de junio de 2018.
